Client Relations Manager & Licensee Salesperson


There are two ways to make a sound decision; invest in educating yourself and work with an expert who has specialized knowledge and experience.

Peggy graduated with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and has achieved network exposure and mastery in all facets of real estate. Passionate about real estate and wealth creation, she set a goal to become an astute property investor and developer by her early 20s.

It goes without saying that once a goal is set, it is guaranteed to be achieved. A powerful lesson learned was that "Time in the market is more important than timing the market". That and, naturally, the location.

This is where her career in real estate blossomed. Peggy joined Ray White City Realty Group in 2012, working part-time in the Client Relations Team as a lead generation operator.

After graduating from University, she was offered a managerial position to take ownership of the Client Relations Team as a result of her consistent success in surpassing company goals and exhibiting strong leadership by enhancing the team's performance.

Working alongside top operatives, such as the Director of City Realty Group and Sales Managers, the Client Relations Team has now grown to support all 5 offices in the group with over 120 salespeople. Peggy currently manages her team while still working the phones herself, totaling over 4,000 conversations a month. Peggy knows that listening is paramount. “It is the key to help our clients solve problems and achieve mutual goals and understanding.”

Her commitment to time spent in the Client Relations division has allowed Peggy to value perspectives from Owner-occupiers, Tenants, Landlords, and Investors. She calls this the 4-Dimensional Matrix - an advantage when it comes to marketing her client's property in order to achieve the best results.

Fortunately, Peggy has been in the shoes of all four occupations herself and will readily use her expertise to ensure the process runs seamlessly so that all her Vendors and Buyers' requirements are met.

With a keen passion in property subdivision, property development, and property investment, Peggy stays sharp by persistently educating herself with market research, legislation changes, and Council updates so that she can go the extra mile for her clients.
