With an extensive background in customer service, relocating foreign expatriates in China dating back to 2004, the intricacies of the Auckland Apartment market proved an attraction for Lisa right from the start.

Commencing in 2007 Lisa personally bought and sold multiple apartments in many different complexes in the Auckland CBD which eventually led her to obtaining a Real Estate Licence in 2011.    

Since then she has helped and advised sellers and buyers alike to navigate the complexities of Apartment investing (and increasingly, occupying), using her prior personal experiences to the benefit of her lucky clients 

As a new wave of Apartment construction blossomed Lisa became familiar also with off-plan project selling. Projects have included Queens Square, Connect, Sugar Tree Apartments,Victoria Residences, Park Residences and Queens Residences among others.

Recently Lisa has expanded her property interests to commercial property and has successfully leased a number of these.

Lisa is very passionate about the Apartment Property Market and has sat on a number of Apartment Owners Committees over several years,  

She has recently been appointed the Chairperson of 2 Sugartree Owners Committees.
