Prior to real estate, Simon came from a management background. He managed two of the largest Asian supermarkets in the City of Auckland. This experience has given him the exposure to our multi-cultural community, and given him the ability to accommodate, negotiate and close the sale for you. Simon is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Malay and Thai. These language skills add an extra dimension to his ability to service all your real estate needs.

Simon believes in giving back to the community that he lives in and is the Chairman of the New Zealand Asian Cultural And Sports Association, which includes arranging badminton, netball, soccer teams and Lion dance.
